Unfortunately I haven't been able to go for a run this week and I am running the feetbeat run on Sunday - do you think its worth going for a quick run this evening or just leave it now?
Kathryn - I would loosen up your legs with a short, easy run - say up to 30 mins or so.

I was just going to say the same thing - I'm running with a friend who's in exactly the same boat as you Kathryn and we're going for a gentle jog tonight, and then resting tomorrow before pushing it on Sunday at the race.
Good luck tonight and on the day - maybe see you there - we're (fellow plodders) aiming to meet at the information point at about 9.30/9.45am!
