Hi Paul, i just tried and it let me go through to the card payment page, not sure if you got that far but worth trying again. nick never mentioned it being full yet when i was at training last night, but will double check with him thurs eve if you've still not been able to enter.
First 2 miles or so either gentle downhill or flat; long steepish hill about half way and about half a mile; then back on the flat for a bit followed by another longish but not too steep incline; sharp incline of about 200 yards onto the A58 then flat / downhill descent to the finish i.e. the start and finish are ok, it's the bit in the middle that's most challenging.
Hi Lizzie, sorry slight misunderstanding. i know most of the course (though also my 1st time running it), was just wondering how you found it. pb potential for you?
i live local so do various parts of it on different training runs, just never done it all as a training run.
Bats - think pb is unlikely. All my previous races have been on flat courses. The Bolton course (terrain) is not dissimilar to where I live so hoping to get 58ish and definately below 60.

I quite fancy a Chester marathon. Bet they have a cut-off of 5 hours or something.......
We got a little damp doing the Santa race Ning, but our Santa suits kept us warm.
