Huge congratulations to all the Coasters. I've been following the progress lurking on here and on the Coasters website. What a fantastic achievement, and have a great time on Saturday.

Glad you avioded it. It is one of them old fashioned full on bleeders.It explained my heavy sweating after 1/4 hour run/walking. Usually do better than that -lol (though not much)

Daft thing is I ran OK for first mile with no stop, then felt rough. I heard our Bruce has cold too........reckon our Barry had summat to do with it, especially if Mike had it too -lol Blame the baton
Will defo do the last mile on satdee. It is drying up a bit. Tried smoking it out -dunno if that helped.

This would also help in getting the book to reflect the true coasters experience and fun that was had
I did ask a month or so ago and I do not want to spend the next couple of months or so asking the same thing. Besides I want to just focus on the book and have some sort of break.
