  • Parklife - I doubt it. I start thinking "OMG a minute must be over by now." Then I look at my watch - "12 seconds!!"

    40g - that's like doing squats whilst holding a Mars bar, not a bad idea.

  • Now, does anyone know if squats will make my thighs bigger?  It's just that I've noticed an arch developing at the front already (althoguh I could be imaging it).  I've already got sides of ham, disproportionate to my small frame, so don't want to make them any bigger.

    I'm bored with lunges but will try to persist.

    Going to see if I can manage a 2-min plank today.  After all, Goldbeetle is expecting us to be up to 3 mins at the end. image

    Sorry you can't make it Parky, but we're going well.  Vicky, I don't get that many miles in each week and everyone's really struggling in the snow, so don't be put off!

    Am planning on cranking up planks and squats next week, breaking myself in slowly, no point in doing too much and getting injuredimage.  Can manage 90secs (in one go) on plank, so aiming to build that up.
