HI Folks- am totally confuddled with all the different schedules available but have narrowed it down to 2. The sub 4 plan on here (as sent by weekly email) or the Bart Yasso plan in this months magazine. My question though is that because the Yasso plan has more miles does that make it better or just harder to follow?
Also a really silly Q- if long slow run should be mara pace + 2 mins do they mean my predicted mara pace + 2 or my present mara pace + 2 which would be slower..... if you get my drift.... ??
