I've got a cracking little kids TV quiz that comes in the form of a Word document. You have to name the kids programme from the picture provided. It's a largish file (500K), but if anyone wants to give it a go, send an email to phil_arnold@yahoo.com (please don't use the 'email member' button as that goes to my work email!) and I will attach it to a reply.
Shambler - this is wierd - I hated Hector's House too, because my sister (7 years my junior) loved it...and she used to sing along to the sig tune in a most irritatating fashion and her favourite colour was pink. I love her now though.
What about Blakes Seven? My elder brother had a serious crush on the woman who looked to me like a dominatrix -(I didn't know the word then but she was one scary lady)
Does anyone remember a prog called "Top Banana" presented by a Australian ?... if so can you remember his name ? its been bugging me for years.........
Well, with all this nostalgia, it's not surprising the UFRC forum has leapt ahaed of all the others for sheer volume. How about:
The Herbs (with Parsley the lion, and I think Kiki the frog and Fifi the cat?)
Runaround with Mike Read (Frank Butcher)
The Woodentops with Spotty Dog
Green faced witch - was that Grotbags or something??
I remember Top Banana, can't remember the name of the presenter, but I don't remember any fat Canadians.
I personally preferred Magpie, it was cooler, I always thought Blue Peter was for the Nerdy kids (ducks hastily!!). I used to love the Xmas appeal where they had the line that went down the corridor and out into the car park. Susan Stranks for quite tasty, as well as Jenny Hanley, as I recall.
Really, honestly ?? For YEARS Ive been ridiculed about that(ok there were other reasons too) Cant remember much about it as Ive been trying to forget---the voices

Have a fab weekend.
Happy Shambling!
Ludwick - very strange.
I really like that guitar bit in Tales from the Riverback. Like the twangy guitat bit in Rhubarb and Custard as well.
I, too, now love my (pink loving) sister.
