C'mon Everybody - February Challenge

Hope you're all ready for a new set of challenge exercises for February 2010.  After careful deliberation, this is what we've come up with for the 28-day month.

Bicycle Crunches - 100 per day (left then right counts as 1) - total of 2,500

Press-Ups with Side Rotations - 50 per day - total of 1,400

  • 100 and 50 are only the suggested daily totals.  Join in and do what you can.  It gets easier as the month goes on. image  I assure you. image

     Never done press ups like that - what bits do the rotations work?
    Instructor on video says chest, triceps, anterior deltoids and core.  Sounds like a good all-round upper body one, although I think I'll add in my lower back exercise (extensions) too.

  • Of course Shimms!  You could replace press-ups with something else and log it here if you like.

    Bicycle crunches (typo - came out biccy - freudian slip if ever I saw oneimage) for me and will join Shimms in box press ups - maybe able to move on to grown-up's ones...
