.....is SO sore. It's kept me awake all night.
I can't put any pressure on it without it hurting like hell and if I do stand normally for any length of time, it hurts when I lift my foot?
The pain is on the inside of the ball of my left foot and seems to run up into the knuckle of my big toe. Bending my big toe up or down is a definite no no, and the only way I can walk right now is on the outside of my foot. It seems to ease through the day but is very, very painful after rest.
I haven't done anything to it that I can think of and have run injury free for 5 years.
Before I go and blow wads of cash on sports physio, does anyone have any idea what I have done??
