What should I be eating after a run? My aims are fat-burning and cardio, and sometimes I use a cross-trainer in a gym but what should my diet me like before and after a session?
How long do you run for?
If it's less than an hour or so, then no need for anything other than what you usually eat
Unless your name is Carl ... then you need to eat everything and anything that moves
Cake, sweets, popcorn, burgers, chips, crisps, fizzy drinks - all the important food groups!
Chocolate shouffle with fresh berries and cream???
