Have just received my joint genie this morning and i'm very impressed with Zipvit. Ordered it last week and they sent me a £5 voucher for the late arrival. Doesn't taste too bad either!!
ooh, this forum has given me hope! I've upped the training a little, and want to push distance up - but i do tend to get niggles in hips and knees if i run for consecutive days... I think this supplement sounds fabulous....but does anyone know if there are any long term side effects from it?
I've been taking cod liver oil tablets as glucosomine wasn't really doing it for me (maybe I didn't take them for long enough!). The reason I'm writing this is a bit of a strange one - does anyone else find that these suppliments 'bung them up'?? I seem to get constipated when I take them, is this normal or is it just coinsidence? I know it's odd cos running normally makes you regular as hell! Would like to hear from anyone that's experienced the same - don't be shy! By the way, my diet is good and I drink loads and loads of water.............
I tried to order some from zipvit but, because I live in Germany, the postage and packing was almost 30 pounds on an order or 10!!!! I took my business elsewhere.
Hi there, Has anyone heard of an apparently revolutionary new supplement called microlactin which again apparently has a 60% greater treatment effect than glucosamine? It is on www.victoriahealth.com

I got them from ZIPVIT for a fraction of the high street price. Sainsburys sell 30 for £20.00 !! as opposed to 360 for under that..
As already said they are enormous and i choked this morning trying to force it down with a mouthful of milk.
It wasn't pretty but the kids found it funny !
does anybody know if we have to take a break in using chondroitin-glucosamine?
Neenie
I am going to take 2 a day in the hope that it cures my mild knee ache.
I will let you know the results, this thread fills me with optimism.

I guess sometimes you have take these claims with a pinch of salt anyway.
