Lightweight tights

Troublesome knees

I'm looking for a good running tight to run the london marathon in. It needs to be black and as plain as possible as I'm putting a skeleton print design on it. Obviously it needs to be chaff free, lightweight and cool if it's a warm day. Your recommendations please!
