Nick posted a while back how much his other half had lost with WW in the first four weeks. I passed the info on to my missus so both signed up. Luckily the local meeting is at the other end of our road.

Doesn't matter what it is, it still trashes my running. At 14st I can do 10k in 50mins, at 15st it's 62. I've certainly got enough spare fat aroung my middle to shift about 10kg.
