I was having a browse on the Scottish Running Guide website (as you do), and spotted this.  I thought some of you Ultra Nutters might be interested.

I'm not an ultra runner, but it looks incredibly cheap.

I fancy it, but couldn't do the whole thing - might consider a relay place next year (too unfit at the moment).  I can vouch for the spectacular scenery though.
