Deformed ankle!!

Just noticed that my right ankle is hugely swollen. No pain, no injury that I know of, just an enormous freakish bump! Very odd. Any idea what it could be? I suppose I should skip my planned evening run but don't want to...

Can you see a bitemark, or an itchy spot? Did you wear socks that were tight around your lower calf? Does it go away when you raise the foot for half an hour?
