Roughly 10 weeks ago I did my first 20 miler in the run up to the VLM, the day after my left quad was very tight. I performed RICE but the next day I could barely walk without stretching it out and continuing to stretch it every 30 min or so. I took a week off from training and the pain and tightness went down a lot but has never fully gone away.
Since running the VLM I have been almost completely inactive hoping that whatever it was would repair but I still have a slight pain and tightning in my quad that comes and goes. Does anyone have any idea what this is?
