I'm not the most experienced runner so I've never really had any injuries or anything despite a few blisters but this past week I've developed a real tightness in one hamstring. I've managed to run 4.5 miles on it this morning and to be honest it didn't cause me much pain apart from a little bit at the beginning but I was just wondering if this sounds quite normal or if i should lay off running on it to see if that helps. I haven't actually run for the past three days so thought it may have eased up a bit.
Also while I'm writing has anyone ever had problems with nosebleeds occasionally when running. Every few weeks it happens to me and my nose just pours with blood but I'm not sure if its just something perhaps not associated with running just seems to happen more often when I am
