Aaah, the truth will have to out. The PB was done years ago when I was a lot (well, years in fact) younger and had 17% body weight.

Last BMI was about 27 and I know I have put on since then :-(

I did a 5km on Sunday in 35.15 (need to speed up a lot I think)

Yes, 17% body fat, 28 BMI, 38 (and 361 days) age. I think that's about right.
