I'm going to put in some serious training for this one. 20 minutes of swimming and 40 minutes of running a week just isn't enough.

I once went to a "Fast Ford" meeting at Silverstone, Every half hour 2 girls from Fast Ford mag, took on 2 girls from Evo mag at jelly wrestling in a paddling pool full of the stuff.  I almost missed my session on the track !
