Benz, I'm sure your PE teachers would be impressed with you now, bet all the other girls in ur class who were good at PE are doing b**ger all now, meantime, ur a marathon runner!
d'you know tho'..I would LOVE to meet some of them now and give them a real earful about how their attitude meant that I lost about 20 years of excersise and fittness that I didn't need to..smug sods...
for example, i was so crap at tennis that it was a miracle if i hit the ball over the net more than twice i was pput to play with the fatest girl in the class, who was also quite lazy
So, id hit the ball really hard over the enclosing netting, then have to run for 5 mins to retrieve it i was saved by aerobics, or popmobility, as it was then known
hehe, I remember one time on cross-country in 5th form, I hid behind a bush, but didn't realise the time, so the staff had to go out and look for me. I got 5 lunchtime detentions for that!
I suppose I did odds and ends.. Iliked riding my bike, used to run to the station for the train when I was late and of course back then <sound of violins please> it was safe so I walked everywhere...even so...
judge urself not by the standards of others, but by your own, only you know yourself and what u can achieve. Set yourself realistic goals, and if you achieve them, you have every reason to be as proud as a club runner breaking 2:30 in the marathon

3or4 yrs ago i weighd 18stone and could not run fro 1 lampost to another or walk up a flight of stairs without be out of breath
Badminton invloved thwacking the shuttlecock onto the upper floor, so stair climbing-----------
WW that is fantastic tho'. Quite inspirational in fact.. I have no reason to come out with excuses now really have I?
