Every examiner I have talked to is loath to give 100%.
The only time you might get 100% is in a maths type exam where the answer is right or not.
As t'other SP says, take some time to celebrate your achievements.
This will also give you time to regroup.
Also thinking about this, in attempting to go for perfection, does that not make you a stronger, better, wiser more resilient person? Doesn't matter you didn't achieve it.
for example an active person weighing 80kg needs between 2700 and 3900 cals a day depending on how active they are - to lose weight drop this by 500 cals/day
But Pix, on a 'normal' or another diet, you are also getting protein and some fat with the meal.
Cereal is all carbs. I suspect insufficient protein in the milk/cereal combo. And insufficient fat as well. As I am sure you are aware, you need this as part of a balanced diet.
If you do this diet, suggest you time how long before you are hungry again. Not clockwatch and just eat meals when you are supposed to, but do it on feeling hungry. The result might surprise you!
Benz, you remind me of me when I was at primary school, I was usually always top of the class throughout and got very high marks (total teacher's pet!), though I remember one time I got went absolutely crazy and got very upset when I got 9/10 in a class test!
The nutritional requirements of an individual are easily estimated based on their weight in Kilos, an athletic person need to get approximately 70% of their calories from carbohydrates to ensure they have the energy to train and to help recovery this is 6-10 grams / kilo of body weight. Protein requirement for an athlete lies between 1.2g and 1.7g / kilo, which equates to approximately 15% and fat would make up the remaining 15% roughly 0.5 to 0.6 grams / kilo the grams for fat are less than the protein as fat has more than twice the calories / gram than protein or carbohydrates.
RR...I always had to be top of the class too and hated it if i wasn't except in maths which I knew I was cr*p at and PE which I never went to cause the teachers pointed out how cr*p I was....

Was what you achieved good for you?
If you go too low then your metabolism will shut down
