improving running technique

Hi all,

has anyone got any advice on how i can imporve my running technique, i am at the moment recovering from having a bilateral fasciotomy operation, as i had severe compartment syndrome, and have been told i need to exercise, so heres the vid

I start running at around 1.30 (sorry about the crappy gym music)



  • Hi, it is hard to tell from the low rear view but it seems to me your steps are too short. Were you running at your usual speed?
  • You look worried about running, not surprising if you have had a fasciectomy. Must have been really painful. I would guess you are out of condition? Core muscles and Pilates might help. And lots of stretching.
