With Richmond Park being invaded by 20,000 runners next weekend, I can`t do my normal long run there. So I have decided to do one of two races on the 22nd.
Thruxton 10K, Andover, Hampshire or Challock Goose Fair 10m, Challock, Kent.
Has anyone out there run either of these races? Which one shall I do? Info on the course? I`m itching to attack another PB after a 6 mins PB at Lake Vyrnwy 1/2 today.
