Going to collect younger son from Mrs B's primary school noon, as he's doing sports coaching classes there on a Friday morning for 4 weeks as part of his Sports Coaching Course.
Walking Geordie soon, then coffee
Where are my manners. Morning! o/
Charles: I had never even noticed mate
A'noon you lot
Been asked to work the same night shift 10pm till 6am again tonight.
afternoon folks.... thank God for that. It has been a busy week. And.............r e l a x!
bit tired this morning, going to go for a little run though
Morning - injury misbehaved in the night and kept me awake so I punished it with a lie in. Turbo, yoga and swimming, will see whether a run feels sensible later.
I meant to ask about your injury.... good to see you earlier this week Kate. Lie in here too... was shattered. Bed at 10 last night, bit of reading then got up at 9 this morning! Feeling refreshed!
Just ordered a new battery for the watch that I've used on and off since I got it as an engagement pressie 23 years ago! Its the third time it's needed a new battery in that time. The last one was put in 9 years ago. Bloody good running costs although sadly I've just noticed that it is need of a bit more care and attention than just a battery. #savemywatch.
PSC - that watch has lasted a long time. The straps always break on mine!
feeling a bit crap, didn't run, but went to masters swim and realised that I wasn't tired, I was feeling ill! So an afternoon in bed, had to cancel the open water swim I had planned with a friend and have cancelled the bike ride I had planned with a friend round the outlaw half course tomorrow.
Walking Geordie so back later
Catch up soon
Morning all - waiting for Mr F to surface so we can go out biking, he's not made for SOC. We did go running together yesterday, the yoga got binned off 12 lovely miles on the North Downs Way so I think I may have broken him. Good to see you too PSC, injury is getting there, feels worse when I do nothing or sit around for too long so only one cure for that.
Walked out of a heavy shower when out with Geordie earlier !
It was raining heavily at one part and completely dry withing a few strides Weird !!
I was shattered yesterday after the nightshift. Working 2pm-10pm tomorrow.
Morning MC, hope you're feeling better. Chucking it down so turbo time.
Morning you lot
Just off out
Bright and breezy here. Just a short run around the woods and either a bike or swim later.
Hey Kate - when are we going to see you at Frensham?
Morning again you lot
Smiry rain, but mild when out. Brightening up now.
35mins steady to ease into the week.
I've been around but at SOC and not having much time to post via my ipad. How is everyone getting on?
Morning all - 6.5 mile run and 1K swim in the Lido, not ready for Frensham yet Chris!
Trying to get Commonwealth Games tickets that went on sale at 10am online. A 60min wait !
Morning Kate and emmy.
Birkey - did you get any tickets?
Morning all - weights this morning, track tonight. Wonder what distance Mo will go for in Glasgow?
Good morning all
11 miles this morning mostly puddle dodging after last nights heavy downpour.

Gobi - I'll catch up on your blog tonight, I do like reading it!
birky - hope you got some tickets
4 miles for me, middle couple were tempo which resulted in a slow relaxed last mile
NW - 1 fox, 1 muntjac deer, lots of birds and lambs
35mins Steady on a sunny and mild morning
NW: 2 rabbits, 1 cat, 1 squirrel,1 'Sky Cyclist'. Obviously not doing the Tour of Italy or California this year...
Lots of bluebells. Oh and I saw 'Ovett the owl' last night when walking Geordie late after coming in from work
No never got tickets. It was a bit of a disaster as the ticketing system didn't work properly. Will try again today.
Kate; I'm a bit cynical re Mo Farah deciding he will run Glasgow.
And it's announced on the day the last 100,000 tickets go on general sale on a so called 'First come, first served basis !'
