Back from a week of walking in Germany. Lovely and relaxing and great altitude training!
Now i just need to catch up on everything
Emmy: Hope you enjoyed Germany.
He needs to man up a bit. He still uses crying as a way to try and get his own way. And it did work a bit for him as my OH pushed him from behind for a while to Gert him up the last half mile or so!
Emmy those photos on Fb looked beautiful. I keep trying to persuade my OH that Germany would be a good holiday destination but he won't go for it
Morning you lot
Off out for 35mins steady, just to stretch the legs/
maths: Loved Berlin when we were there 4 years ago. Fascinating place.
Maths: It's absolutely stunning. Very friendly, organised and no fuss. Loved it. I also love Berlin - a great city and very relaxed.
Birky - Thanks - was lovely. Hope you enjoy your stretch of the legs.
I wasnt happy this morning. Got up at 5.15 and it was DARK. When did that happen
I know, awful isn't it, sunrise time now 5.48am.
Lovely six miles along the valley floor this morning. Saw slugs and cows with bells rt round their necks. One basejumper and as helicopter doing delivery runs.
Maths - I'm so jealous! It sounds lovely.
It is beautiful here. Amazing places to walk and run. Very expensive but we knew that from last time we came
The valley here is just as beautiful as Yosemite national park in the US and much easier to get to
Working from midnight till 7am tomorrow at Mail Centre. Shifts are back on.
Well done to Jo Pavey, what a Euro Gold in the 10000m
Morning all - tired from track so just a bit of core and foam rollering. Swim session at 9pm tonight, why does no one else want to arrange these things for 5am? Great win last night birky, between Jo and Steve Way it seems 40 is the right age for running. MC, sounds amazing, enjoy the rest of the break.
PSC - Are you still recovering after your weekend?
Thanks for the welcome. Back to reality with a bump. A lovely fresh morning for a run this morning.

Have a good one.
Counted 16 runners from 6am -7am whilsta t work ! SOC runners
Quiet on here yesterday !
I was working at the Kelvingrove Museum all day Friday, so I saw all the build up to the Team Scotland Athletes Parade, so that was quite good.
Long shift yesterday at Glasgow Green at World Pipe Band Championships meant I never got on here.
afternoon - 3 hour hilly run done, last big training session before IM complete. NW sheep, horses, including one I patted on the way past, dogs, cats, slugs, squirrels and a very poorly looking rabbit OR 5 DW a bird. Lots of exercise in the sunshine yesterday, and wasted a good amount of time looking at and not buying stuff for our house. Is it really August, I'm back in woolly socks.
Not long done a 35 mins and mainly off road.Just to get the legs going.
NW: 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 squirrel, 6 cows, 4 horses. 1 cyclist
Dry and the sun broke through the clouds as I was just finishing.
Morning all - nothing this morning, felt really rough last night, gutted as I'd just made the most amazing carb free pizza with a cauliflower base and had to give it to Mr F. Nice cross training PSC. Sun is making an attempt to shine in London too birky.
Morning kate and psc.
Kate: Hope you feel better soon.
psc; Cracking 'cross training'
