What a shame. I was so looking forward to going to Aberdare and meeting former colleagues. Oh, and for the fast course, too, n'est-ce pas? This year I have no injuries to slow me down. I am looking for number one in the over 60 group. I came in first in age group at Chippenham, and 4th in age group at the Frome Half Marathon. And it is such a beautiful valley with wonderful, friendly people.
