I mean, I could be a winner and would never know it...

I got an email from the For Goodness Shakes people, asking me for my address to send my prize.  It came from a real person and didn't look like spam - it refered to the competition.

THis finally arrived two weeks later, after I had reminded them!

I tried one of the shakes yesterday.  It tasted OK, but it's a powder that you mix with water, and it didn't want to mix.  There were lumps floating, and clumps stuck at the bottom

I'm with you there Tommy.... RW must've had a sh*t load of that Shotz stuff cos they even gave it away free with the magazine this month/last month... not sure when as a friend had a gel at the race I was at yesterday and said he'd got it free.
