I got married not in the UK and, as is the custom in other countries, wore my wedding ring on my right hand. Which resulted in me being taken for gay a few times when back here.

The team i joined for one summer, where around 2/3 of the squad was gay, was seriously depleted after a lovers tiff which meant half the team stropped off and joined the neighbouring team.  Now that was a tense match.

Going back to d2d's point - I'm not convinced it is the product code.  I have noticed these ads before and the products tend to be quite tight and shiny and the models seem to be quite pleased to be modelling if you get my drift

in my opinion they are targetting the gay market with those clothes, going after the pink pound if you wish.

but I don't see any problem with that and have no idea why the idea seems to upset D2D.

 having said that I don't think they need to identify the clothes as "GAY"
