I was on here about 8 weeks ago saying that I want and need to lose 2 stone... well.... I have shifted one, thru cutting down and running twice a week.
Losing the next one will be harder. Don't be at all surprised if you stop 'losing weight' as you carry on exercising. You might find you're building muscle as well as burning fat, with muscle weighing more than fat, it can look like you're not making any progress.

I realise the next stone will be harder to shift, to be honest as long as I look better shape wise I am not too bothereed what the scales say
