As I increase my distance I find that I am getting cramp in the thigh of my left leg, around the hamstring area.
The sensation is that it goes tight and becomes quite uncomfortable, a bit of stretching and a walk usually permist me to run again for a short period of time before the issue repeats. This only happens towards the very end of my run. It never happens in my right leg for some reason, only the left.
Im not sure what I could do to help this situation, would foam rolling help, should I be doing more squats in the gym.
Any advice would be appreciated.
