Could do with a bit of advise on this, Friday night i woke up to a severe case of cramp in my left calf . however i still ran the next day ( about five miles steady ) and it felt ok . Sunday i did about 6 miles at my usual training pace ,still no problem. then went to bed sunday night and woke up regually throughout the night with quite severe pains in the same calf . In the morning i was limping quite badly but as the day went on it got easier the next two days the same routine . it,s still giving me loads of pain when resting but i can run it off . Should i carry on running? Has anyone else suffered with this?
