Herbert's Hole 10K 2010
Reading last year's reviews it seems that this course can be a little soft in places, so I was thinking fell shoes, but looking at the map though, it also seems that there's a fair bit of tarmac. Anyone know what the rough overall split of tarmac v paths is to help with shoe choice?
