I am new to marathons, I did London in 2009 (5 Hours) and then again in 2010 (4.03). I am again running London where I aim to do a sub 3.45. My question to you is.... I also I have a place for Edinburgh and I am not sure how I should start and when I should start the Edinburgh training. My training I am doing now is focused on London, but not sure what or if I take a break and then what sort of mileage/days I should train ? Thanks.
