Talkback: Five Foods You Shouldn’t Give Up

I have always beleived that a balanced diet is the best way to go.

If you deprive yourself of things that you are craving, will result in that you just want it more and you might even binge on that specific food. While if you allow yourself  to eat it in moderation, you will feel more satisfied.

    Steak and Guinness pies all round I reckon.  In moderation of course - no more than one a day.

  • Definitely after.  And for anything over 10k, it should be followed with a sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream.
