Having followed training plans for several marathons over the last few years this is my first year of tri training.
Two questions that I would appreciate advice on are as follows
1-my first oly tri is June 26th and then London July 31 but am also am doing the vit in sept. Should I start a 16 week oly training plan next week and then simply switch over to a 20 week half iron man in may? Or stay with oly plan and then do the final few weeks of a half ironman training plan?
2-can anyone suggest any good training plan sites or shall I seek advice from a local coach?
