Tapering Advice Needed
I am doing the New Forest Marathon this weekend and am therefore doing very little training this week. I am however battling to sleep as well because of all this pent up energy. Does anyone have any advice.
If you do train try and do it as early as possible (before 3pm) and do little after that unless you work until later. try not to do much towards the evening otherwise your body will feel more awake as if you were ready to do something active. This is what keeps you awake.
Hope this helps, although i find watching my football team Doncaster Rovers can sometimes be the best thing for falling asleep! 0-0 draw with Southport last night! ) :
