I got one of these in TK Maxx today for £29.99. I noticed they are also doing Puma ultra light shorts for £7.99.

Ring Cybalite head torch, i am a early morning pre-twilight runner and so a light is a must, this is lightest/brightest/comfortable combination i have come across, you hardly know you are wearing it, and at £9 it is an absolute bargain. Adjustable beam tilt, light, waterproof, comfortable and bright.

..and I can see why. Came back from a run yesterday wearing my snazzy new Ron Hill socks and found that they'd sent me a matching pair with 'L" inside them.
Cue much sniggering from the better half and comments about "Two left feet" etc.
You sure the L doesn't stand for Large?
Could be - and if so, I humbly apologise to those I have besmirched !
Nonetheless I didn't 'get on' with them and returned with bleeding toes. Back to the x-socks for me !
