benz no problem it was HR controlled and 'zone 1' all the way... i never went above 140 HR spent most of it sub-135

and... next week i'm being very lazy

and... immediately before my ride my delta heart rate thingy (courtesy of Will) was 8, so i feel happy

unfortunately i only have white wine in the house, or life would be perfect

LT cycling was about 145 (tested at 147 a year and a half ago)... i reckon its at least 150 now as i've been criss crossing 145 - 155 a lot

not sure what max HR is (i dont go for 220 - age), but i'm 35 and i can get to 192 sometimes without feeling ill (although when this happens i slow down)
