Great Run / Powerade training runs


I had the email about the Great Run training days (And saw it in RW mag) so I'm signing up. The race ready day is easy, but the training runs in the follwing three weeks are harder to work out.

 You have to choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced and there's no guide as to which is which, pace wise or anytthing. Does anyone have any ideas?
