Brighton and London Marathon 2011


 Just ran the Brighton marathon (3.58) in the sweltering heat and am running London this Sundayimage

Have a massage booked in today and am not sure if I should try and fit in some short runs this week to get my legs moving or just relax before Sunday.

I would welcome any advice




  • I had a brief recovery session on the turbo yesterday.  I'll probably shuffle for 30 minutes tonight at dead slow pace and then a swim on Thursday.  I'm just looking to get the blood flowing through the legs to promote the healing process.
  • legs are starting to move again, swimming seems a good option, thanks FF
