I might say 'with all due respect' when I'm challenging someone who *thinks* they know better than me. it's one of those things I'll say if I'm being pushed and I don't use it that often.
You know my big bugbear? It's the words 'going forward'... as in, 'we shall try to improve our service going forward...' Wtf does it mean. Is anyone going backward or sideways?

That means I talk down to people.

Another bug bear of mine is "... if i were you.."
you're not so bugger off.
Sod, i've now got no respect!
"With the greatest respect" = "you're talking total bollocks"
This comes from someone who is fluent in two languages....English and Bollocks.
I think the worst is "No offence but..." which usually said before a really insulting comment is made.
"No offence but your arse looks really fat in those jeans"
Can I be frank?
Ricky, buy your old man a pint!
PC, you should have qualified that with "I don't mean to be rude, but..."
At the end of the day, the bottom line is.....
Just say what you have to say stop adding extra words
I have been known to use "at the end of the day"
going forward
noooooooooooo! bloody no
