How did you do? And were you at one of the ones that Lucozade reps were at? I have to admit, I went with the 'turn up in orange' thing (not my colour!) in order to get the free top - and it's actually quite nice and understated.
Oh, and I did 20:49, which I'm quite pleased with. Aiming to get under 20 mins one day, but happy to get under 21 these days. This is at Wimbledon.

Everybody got the email, I think, whether or not they are doing it at your home parkrun.
You need to check:

and click on the schedule to see where and when
I did Leeds this morning, first time under 27 mins for ages and got a nice t shirt (that I'm wearing now)
That's Leeds Hyde Park by the way, now that Roundhay is up and running
Attended Brueton Park yesterday and it was fancy dress, next week will be the Lucozade lucky dip, knowing me I'll get the vaseline tub!!
Oh yes I managed to go sub 20 for the first time clocking 19:51, first time at Brueton but done Cannon Hill a couple of times.
Oh, and well done Derek. I dream of a sub-20
The small ladies shirts are very small. I have very little boobage and the medium is a nice fit
Nice avatar hat
