We carried on where we left off in therapy, was tough but not as bad as last week. Vicky was kind of pleased about the nightmares she says it's not regression it's me processing stuff properly
Vicky recommended the 'hearing voices network' anyone ever come across them?
She also recommended I look into a self defence course, apparently the local police might know of one for women but I can't call them to ask.
I'm tired but today has been important. I do have a horrible shame response where I feel embarrassed and ashamed of myself cos I've talked a lot. I don't usually chatter so much
Moo and I went into town this morning, then fed the ducks. I do feel rather drained now as I discovered a lady from our church was found dead yesterday morning. I will have to tell miss by 'eck at some point tonight as the two of them were good friends ( in an old lady/child kind of way). She was very very lovely although suffered badly with diabetes.
Sorry SOLB, not heard of that network; could you look for self defence courses on the internet?

I just took a photo of me sneaking a cuddle from a toy Divine Sossidge made for SOLBsisminimini and a shawl she made for me. I realised my eyes look very, very bruised cos I'm so tired. More nightmares but I understand it's a good thing really. Maybe we all need an afternoon nap!
I'll try the early night but I might not sleep.

The ducks had a wonderful time and we did too. Tomorrow we might go to the big pond to feed the ducks and swans there. It is one of the things I find hardest about being a stay at home mummy.

I'd struggle to think of things to do by eck, I have SOLBsisminimini next Tuesday and I can't decide what we should do for our adventure. I was thinking maybe a farm with a petting zoo bit. I want to do something fun while I'm baby sitting.

Maybe you needed to take it easy today Bear. If you really can't get started despite your very best efforts you might just need the rest. I think taking it easy for one day is sometimes a good idea, just not every day.

Could you collect leaves with minimini and make them into a picture? Or go to the library and share some stories together

I love the library but I like to do that with mini too at the weekend cos she LOVES stories. I could do it Tuesday and at the weekend though, we need to feed the ducks too. Minimini loves birds (her favourites are Chickens though!)
No Bear, I'm no where near that talented, clever Divine Sossidge made Mrs Moo, she is for minimini for Christmas but I don't think she'd like being stuffed in the bottom of a cupboard so I'd better look after her until then!! *squeezes Mrs Moo even tighter*
Hmm hope the medical throws up some answers. Anything we can do to help? Is it useful to share your plans and get gently nagged, or to have a cheerleader or two for when you've managed to tick something of your list? It's really hard trying to cope with everything, you're doing really well

Tbh I think part of the issue is that in most cases it doesn't actually matter if they're not done. I wish I had some minis to play with as that would be something I couldn't just not do. The psych keeps are going to send me details of some volunteer thing locally, maybe that'll help.

Sure the voluntary thing will help once it's sorted out, those sorts of things always seem to take ages - are you allowed to self refer or is there a way you could chase it up?
