I'm wondering if anyone else has been in this situation. I've had a stomach bug and I seem to be over the worse of it now - also had a fever.
I am starting to eat again now, so I have a full day to recover. And I'm drinking plenty of water.
It's a 10 mile race tomorrow - I know the advice if it's a marathon you definately shouldn't run that distance after having a virus. But what about 10 miles?
I don't want to be stupid and run if it's not a good idea to do so.
