i decied to do the NotFast.I hmm and hrring.I visit physio again sat.I slow to 10K or 10miles.

its mainly flat with a slight hill about halfway, but nothing too testing

Dunn Thurlby 10k near Bourne---49.10 today that 4 10k's I dunn and its all under 50minutes since my injury.NotFast 10k will be interested route and its in miles not K.Its confusing? & I will do sherwood pines aswell and Great Eastern?

the last mile seems to go on forever as its on  a straight road and it will be hot if the suns out as theres no shade down that bit

there was 2 people down today, hope they are ok and the sirens gave me the shivers, made me think of last week

mind you they were a bit cool last year
