Did a 10k last week. Was pleased with my time but didn't feel great in the race. Am doing another in 5 weeks. What is the best plan for training for the intervening 5 weeks?
Up to the race I was doing around 10miles LSR and then either intervals or hills, and an easy run every week. Have tried so many plans from the internet and none seem to suit me. I can only run 3 x week or poss 4 if the weekday runs are short.
