Feet like leather

My feet are rough around the edges a bit sandpapery in places and tough as leather in places
Is this a bad thing ? I dont get blisters and corns, just wondered if they should stay like that or moistuise them and pamper them

I have a real problem with hard skin building up on my feet, which can be quite uncomfortable. I visit a podiatrist every 3 or 4 months who gets rid of it all for me
