apperley quarter marathon ...
putting a thread up as can not see the event as have to be subscriber to RW magazine!
2nd running after 25 year break - designed to raise money for charity and cricket club that organises the event! This year we are running for Tewkesbury Hospital
Run includes nice downhill run near the front - a run along the river bank (you can see faster runners ahead for a bit but limited land to get the mileage in!) and run through churchyard of famous Anglo-Saxon church at Deerhurst. A two stage hill stage at about 5 miles can catch you out but offers a real challenge.
