Rest up Siggy and do as you are told. Work on that swim/bike and your times will really improve.......I know as had the same with the shin and I can whizz a little bit more on the bike now.
Soooooo, if I am early tomorrow, is the cafe open????? Planning on giving myself more time than I need in case of traffic.

In the Blue.....I am not at all obvious so take no notice of Dustboy. I shall have a pirate water bottle somewhere (not that I am a pirate YET).....but nowhere obvious.
Dusty.....goggles will be good as I am having a nightmare. My 2k open water tonight was a disaster and had to abandon halfway through so I am not a happy girlie. Very frustrated.
A bad swim really knocks my confidence as need to get that constant swim going on. I am going to try and exchange the new broken ones tomorrow and see if I can buy another pair but don't tell hubby.

Just heading out now to take one child for a hospital appointment. You should have heard her when I said I am putting on my tri suit as shooting out. She has made me cover up with proper clothes though...spoil sport.
Came back to the landing stage and Soupy had gone off on a 750 and Jaffa & co just turned up. So knocked out another 400 whilst Saffers took pictures and put on arsebook and made it in time for burgers this time. Top chips, not bad burgers, excellent tea.
Good evening out. Top swim course, it really is.
Think I might need a second big loop under me belt for when Siggy beasts me. Ooer.
A good swim.. Liked Thorpe. Nice clear water, not keen on seeing the fish. Very different swimming in a mahoosive lake than my little local one. Looked a bit daunting before I got in but loved it.
Fab burger and chips too.
