I have emailed Steve again as I haven't recieved a reply and i'm scared it will fill up before my entry is in

I wore my off road trail shoes on the run............glad I did because the course was so muddy in the rain it would have been a nightmare in road shoes..............on  a dry day then road shoes would be better.............therefore I will take both next year.the course changed so quickly

I haven't entered yet and wont be for a couple of months, is it likely to fill fast?

I think 50 people are allowed to do the double, how many so far

The double is the one that I think is likely to fillup out of all of them...............not sure if it will but its the popular one  as its the first step up............

also remember the prices go up onoctober 1st..........................

I am just paranoid as I really want to do it..............I already seem to have the bike course going around and around in my head............

anyone noticed the article in triathlete world about the deca............mainly pictures without to much info about it............

It funny.....but I'm glad I didn't rece it....i think I would have thought this isn't so bad................and for a few laps it isn't 

appears that Steve did answer my original email but it miust have gone to my junk mail unnoticed amongst the offers to enlarge my penis.............

so I am now entered in the race,,,,,,,,,,,,,,means I have to pay my car tax on the credit card now as run out of money

I have to collect my daughter from her orchestra weekend at AT on 16 Oct. Would be fab to combine it with a ride... Purple, you could stay here the night before if you like?

Not sure what my plans are yet for next year, though I should be down for at least a few days to support and or crew for people as needed! Will make a commitment a bit nearer the time.

Gaz...........had my Garmin on but in several years i haven't got around to downloading it to a computer.........just delete the old stuff.........

It wasn't too bad..............because of my hand problem I couldn't easily change my gears with the left hand.so did 90% of the course using the one ring of my compact...........just changing for the final long hill each lap..............

apart from that hill its just more undualting........and lots of places to have to slow down for people and road narrowings etc

They need to check with their bank manager first and their OH would go mad as they are meant to be doing other things next year, so I will let them make that decision and out themselves if they want to do it.
