Hamstring Tear & 6 weeks to Half Marathon

I tore my hamstring at the insertion with my pelvis around 4 weeks ago and have been unable to run since; well two weeks ago I thought it was better and ran a couple of miles and it ended up as painful as ever! I have been religiously doing exercises from the physio and either going to gym (cross trainer & rowing intervals + upper body weights) or swimming (around a mile) each night plus my daily 11-14 mile cycle to and from work.

I am registered to run in a half marathon in six weeks (was aiming for 1:50) but am unsure whether I should just forget about it and concentrate on recovering strongly or still keep it in mind? Has anyone had a similar injury? How long before you were running again?

This is my second fairly serious injury this year after a stress fracture in my fibula in Feb/Mar but I made really good progress between then and this injury so am really quite frustrated!
